结直肠癌肝转移与肝硬化临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:比较正常肝与肝硬化状态下结直肠癌(CRC)肝转移的发生情况。方法:统计118例CRC患者,按肝脏质地分为肝硬化组和正常肝组,比较2组患者的肝转移率。结果:肝硬化组33例中肝转移4例(占12.12%),正常肝组85例中肝转移35例(占41.18%),2组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);临床因素包括年龄、性别、分化程度及肿瘤分期在2组间比较均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:CRC并正常肝者肝转移癌发生率远高于CRC并肝硬化患者,本分析为进一步探讨肿瘤转移规律及转移机制提供了新的思路。
