新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病61例临床诊治体会

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断与治疗,提高对其认识,做到早发现、早治疗。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2009年8月住院治疗的61例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿。结果治愈35例,好转13例,转院9例,自动出院4例。结论新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病发生以足月正常体重儿为主,其严重程度取决于缺氧缺血的持续时间和程度,临床诊断主要依据是临床表现,及早治疗和采用综合治疗可取得较满意的效果。
