脑室-腹腔分流术治疗外伤性脑积水32例 被引量：31

摘要 目的讨论外伤性脑积水手术治疗的临床疗效及相关因素。方法回顾性分析2003年至2008年脑室-腹腔分流术治疗的32例高颅内压及正常颅内压外伤性脑积水患者的临床资料。结果32例患者脑室-腹腔分流术后出现意识障碍的9例患者中,7例有不同程度好转,其中5例分流效果良好,有效率55.5%（5/9）,随访6个月-1.5年,头痛头晕症状改善者9例,有效率64.3%（9/14）,5例患者智力障碍及步态不稳症状改善明显,恢复正常生活,有效率71.4%（5/7）,2例尿失禁患者的症状均明显改善。结论脑室-腹腔分流术是治疗外伤性脑积水的有效方法,但必须严格掌握手术指征,术前进行综合评估,特别是对正常压力脑积水的患者,以提高疗效。
