摘要
随着我单位技改项目的深入进行,高速铣削、立卧转换、车铣复合等先进的加工设备不断购入,加工能力得到了增强。这样一来,普通设备的作用似乎被削弱了,本文以对一精密零件的磨削工艺探索为例,介绍了如何利用普通设备实现对零件的高精度加工,进而更好地发挥普通设备的加工能力,满足生产需要。
With the development of the technical reform project, the advanced machining equipment such as the high speed milling, the vertical and horizontal conversion, the turning and milling and so on are purchased. The machining power is enhancing. Thus, the operation of the general equipment seems to be weakened. This paper introduces how to use the general equipment to machining the high precision parts by the grinding process, through an example of the grinding process for a high precision part. Moreover, this paper is help to the ability development of those general equipments, and to meet production requirements.
