摘要
介绍了玉环电厂超超临界1 000 MW机组锅炉水冷壁结构特点,分析水冷壁节流孔板Fe3O4结垢堵塞造成超温及爆管现象,认为热力系统中Fe含量均值的变化是事故的主要原因。对此,提出以下预防措施:(1)机组投产前进行化学清洗;(2)给水采用加氧处理方式;(3)机组运行后进行化学清洗。另外,通过加强运行中铁离子监测,锅炉停炉采用带压放水,起动时适当排污,以及对锅炉左右侧墙加装温度测点等方法,减少了锅炉爆管,提高了机组运行的安全可靠性。
The structural features of water -wall in boilers for ultra- supercritical 1000 MW unit in Yuhuan Power Plant have been presented, the phenomenon of over - temperature and tube - burst resulted from blockage of Fe3 04 scaling on the throttle plate of water - wall being analysed. It is believed that the cause leading to accident is the average value variation of iron content in the thermodynamic system, and preventive measures being put forward as in the following:(1)before putting unit into operation, chemical cleaning should be carried out; (2)the feedwater has to adopt oxygen treatment mode; (3)after operation of the unit, chemical cleaning has to be carried out. In addition, through strengthe- ning iron ion supervision in operation, adopting water discharge under pressrue during shutdown of the boiler,and suitable blow - down during strart - up, as well as additionally installing temperature - measuring points on left and right wall of the boiler etc. , tube - burst in the boiler has been decreased, enhancing safety and reliability of the unit.
