摘要
光学相干层析成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)技术是一种新型成像技术,是继X射线、CT和磁共振成像技术之后,又一新的断层成像技术。光学相干层析成像技术可以检测到在体活体组织表面2~3mm深度组织微观结构,实现三维成像,在生物医学和许多领域被广泛地应用。本文为光学相干层析成像技术在眼科、皮肤科、心血管系统、消化系统及中医学等的应用研究进展的概述。
Optical coherence tomography(OCT) is a novel tomography imaging technique,it is an another new tomography after X-ray,CT and magnetic resonance imaging technology.OCT can detect the surface of in vivo biopsy depth of 2-3mm organizations to implement the micro-structure of three-dimensional imaging.It has a significant application in many areas of biomedicine and a wide range.The application in ophthalmology,dermatology,cardiovascular system,digestive system and in TCM research so on is described.
