摘要
目的:观察腹腔镜手术结合金鸡化瘀颗粒治疗慢性盆腔炎性不孕症的疗效。方法:将84例患者按照半随机对照方法分为两组,各42例,分别采用单纯腹腔镜手术治疗(对照组)和腹腔镜手术结合金鸡化瘀颗粒治疗(中成药组),并比较临床疗效。结果:加用金鸡化瘀颗粒的治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术结合金鸡化瘀颗粒对改善慢性盆腔炎性不孕症患者的生殖健康状态有一定的优势。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on the chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility treated by the laparoscopic surgery combined with Jinji Huayu Granule. Methods：84 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility disease were divided into two groups by semi-randomized methods. The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,the other group was treated by Jinji Huayu Granule and the laparoscopic surgery. The clinical effects were ob served and compared between the two groups. Results：The accumulative total effective rate of Jinji Huayu Granule combined with the laparoscopic surgery treatment was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combination of Jinji Huayu Granule and the laparoscopic surgery could increase the clinical effects of chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility.
