摘要
MAXDNA是由Metso自动化MAX控制公司推出的工厂自动化系统(PAS),其逻辑控制功能是通过MAXTOOLS中的原子块来实现的,每个原子块都具有控制功能。其中CALC原子块,具有强大的自编算法功能,几乎可以包含当前电厂热工控制系统所用的所有模块,为了使MAXD-NA用户能充分挖掘MAXDNA分散控制系统的潜力,根据电厂热工控制系统的实际情况,应用CALC原子块,实现了三种典型的热工控制算法。
MAXDNA is the Producing Auto System (PAS) which is produced by Metso controlling company. The logic and control function can be achieved by the atom block of the MAXTOOLS. Every atom block has the controlling function. Especially the CALC atom block has the strong self-pro- gramming arithmetic function, it can nearly achieve the function of all atom block which has been used in the thermal controlling system of the power station. In order to let MAXDNA consumer to understand the MAXDNA's potential, three kinds of representative thermal control arithmetic have been achieved by the CALC atom block according to the actual status of the thermal control system of the power plant.
