摘要
以某市供水管网为例 ,利用网络分析法对生命线工程进行分析 ,提出生命线工程中影响整个网络可靠性的关键元件 ,研究生命线工程的震害对策 ,提出已建城市生命线网络系统抗震加固的最优决策方案 ,以求用最小的投入达到最佳的减灾效益。结果表明 ,网络分析法能克服其它方法所带来的不完整性和人为因素大等诸多问题 。
Based on the Xinzhou water feeding pipe network systerm,we had analyzied the life-line engineering using the network analysis method to find out the realible key element that affecting on the whole network of the life-line engineering.Researched its seimic hazard measures to find out the optimum clecision program for quake-proof consideration. Our destination is to obtain the best hazard mitigation benifit with the least expenditure. The network analysing method has overcome the problems, such as in complete and humen effect that other method often has. This is the ineeitable trend in studying the life-line engineering in future.
