摘要
以医疗团队模式下医护关系的构建为切入点,从传统思想观念、管理机制、团队规范和沟通方式方面分析了当前医护关系中存在的医护角色模糊、互动协调不足、地位不平等的原因,并从转变思想观念、改革医护管理方式、强化医护沟通和明确医护责权方面探讨了医护关系和谐发展的有效途径。
As point of the healthy doctor--nurse relationship under the medical team model, we pointed out the current sta- tus from the role ambiguity, lacking coordination and interaction, miscommunication, and so on. Further, we analyzed the reason from the aspects of traditional ideas, management mechanism, team norms and communication. Last, based on the current status we suggest that we should transform the existing relations, reformed the way of management, strengthen the communication and cleared the responsibilities and rights, so as to promote the health relationship between the doctor and the nurse.
