摘要
目的:了解高原低氧环境对人体静脉血管的影响。方法:采用日本生产的SAL—38AS型及SAL—32B型二维实时超声显像仪对驻守海拔5010m~5380m一年的39名青年的腔静脉及肝中静脉进行观测,并与海拔1400m的48名青年进行对照。结果:下腔静脉断面的长轴、短轴及面积和肝中静脉的内径高原组明显大于对照组(P<0.001)。
Objective:We Explore and find out the effect of hypoxia on people's vein at high altitude.Methods:We observed the vena cavas and mid hepatic vein of 39 cases,who are young and lived in the altitudes of 5 010m to 5 380m,and compared with 48 cases who lived in plain (1 400m)at the same age using,Toshiba SAL-38AS and Toshiba SAL-32B mode ultrasonography.Result:The long axis,the minor axis and square of the section of vena cava,and the diameters of the section of mid hepatic vein are bigger in high altitude.Conclusion:The vena cava and hepatic vein of the persons who have lived in high altitude for a long time expand clearly.
