摘要
通过系统聚类方法对化纤仿毛织物的风格进行研究,分析了9种仿毛织物的面密度、经纬纱线密度、经纬纱捻度、经纬向织造缩率和织物的经纬密度,利用FAST织物风格仪分别测试织物的压缩性能、弯曲性能、拉伸性能、剪切性能、可成形性、松弛收缩性能、湿膨胀性能以及回复性能。利用离差平方和法将这9类仿毛织物系统聚类成3种,探讨了这3类仿毛织物的设计特点和风格特征,并且根据此结论用来指导仿毛织物的生产及产品开发。
Through the system clustering method to study the handle of wool-like fabrics,this paper firstly analyzes the weight,linear density,twist,weaving shrinkage of warp and weft yarns and the fabric's density,using FAST equipement tests the compression,tensile,shear,formability,relaxation shrinkage,wet inflation and resilience properties and performances.Using the method of the squared residuals to classify these 9 fabrics into 3 different kinds,then discusses its design characteristics and styles,this conclusion can be used to guide the production and design of wool-like fabrics.
