摘要
本文对转子式分配泵充填过程的液力特性进行研究,并提出了改变转子出油孔结构形状以获得校正油量的新方法。通过与发动机的匹配使用,证明转子式分配泵出油孔结构形状的改进,可获得较满意的发动机扭矩储备。此外,对提高转子式分配泵的使用寿命和发动机节能等也有一定的效果。
The hydraulic characteristic of rotary pump at fuel filling process is
investigated in this paper.A new method is presented for acquiring the fuel correction
quantity by the virture of varying the structure formation of rotor delivery port.It is
verified that the torque back-up will be satisfied by the engine adaptive application.Mo-
reover,a definite effect is also revealed in pump reliability and engine fuel saving.
