摘要
由于改性铵油炸药装药密度大,用户在使用过程中容易出现炸药感度不高、不传爆甚至拒爆等现象。文中采用调整木粉细度和配比,外加一定量珍珠岩和一定量的膨化硝铵等方案来降低装药密度。研究表明,调整木粉的细度及比例对改善改性铵油炸药密度影响较小,外加1.0%~1.5%珍珠岩能有效降低装药密度,但同时会降低产品的综合爆力,在球磨混药前外加一定量的膨化硝铵能显著降低装药密度,提高爆轰波感度,且对产品其他内在性能影响较小。
Because of the high charge density, phenomena such as low explosive sensitivity, no explosive and misfire will easily occur when users use modified ANFO. In the paper, adjusting fitness and ratio of wood flour, plus a certain amount of perlite and a certain amount of ammonium nitrate and other programs are used to reduce the charge density. Studies have showed that adjusting the fitness of wood flour and proportion of modified AN- FO has little influence on its density improvement, and adding 1.0 % ~ 1.5 0% of perlite can reduce charge density effectively, but at the same time it will reduce the product's integrated explosive power, in the milling premixed drugs, adding a certain amount of ammonium nitrate can significantly lower the charge density, improve detonation sensitivity and has little influence on other intrinsic properties of products.
