摘要
安徽省潜山县的村务公开制度在实施过程中存在内容、程序和时效等方面的问题。从政治学视角来分析这些问题产生的原因,可以发现:推进村务公开制度需要坚持正确的利益导向、提高村民的政治参与水平、规范村级自治权力的运行以及加强监督机制的建设。
Through the investigation of implementation practices of open system of village affairs in Qianshan County of Anhui Province, it could be found that in the process of implementation, there were some problems existing in the aspects of content, procedure and prescription. Through analysis of these problems from the perspective of political science, a conclusion could be drawn that promotion of open system of village affairs requires adhering to correct interest orientation, improving level of villagers＇ political participation, regulating operation of autonomous power at village level and strengthening the construction of supervision mechanism.
