摘要
目的探讨曲美他嗪与丹参川芎嗪注射液对不稳定心绞痛的疗效和安全性。方法94例不稳定心绞痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,对照组46例。均在常规治疗(包括硝酸盐、β-阻滞剂和钙拮抗剂)的基础上,治疗组加曲美他嗪20mg,每日3次口服,5%葡萄糖加丹参川芎嗪注射液10ml静脉滴注,每日1次,14d为1个疗程;对照组仅加丹参川芎嗪注射液静滴,用法、疗程同前。分别观察两组用药前后心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量;心电图ST-T改变情况及血压、心率的变化。结果治疗组临床总有效率95.8%,对照组总有效率89.1%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。用曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗后,不稳定心绞痛的发作次数、硝酸甘油消耗量及心电图均有明显改善,两组差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪、丹参川芎注射有效改善心肌供血功能及减少心绞痛发作次数,且疗效可靠,易于耐受。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Danshenchuanxiongqin and trimetazibine in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods 94 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, including treatment group （n= 48） and control group （n= 46）. The basic medical therapy included nitrate and β-paralyzer and calcium antagonist. The treatment group were given trimetazidine and the control group with Danshenchuanxiongqin. Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were was 95.8% and 89. 1%, respeetively（P〈0. 01）. After the treatment of trimetazidine and Danshenchuanxiongqin, incidence of angina pectoris attack and consumption of nitroglycerin was significantly decreased and ECG was improved. Conclusion Trimetazidine can improve clinical status and reduce angina onsets, which is safe and effective.
