摘要
总结82例经口、鼻、蝶窦行垂体腺瘤切除术的临床经验。对性别、年龄、首发症状、临床症状、蝶鞍断层平片和冠状面头颅CT、手术与术后并发症、疗效等作一般分析与讨论。本组无死亡及严重术后并发症。指出手术时应严格把握中线和X线电视定位是减少死亡关键。在止血问题上,可加用双氧水冲洗止血,疗效满意。
This is a summary on experience of pituitary adenomatectomy through oro-naso-transsphenoidal route.The authors also analyze and discuss the clinical information, including sex.,age,primary and other clinical symptoms,the tomography of sella turcica, coronary-CT of cranium and complications during and after operation.The opeartive mortality was zero.No severe post-operative complication was found.Keeping in strictly mid-line position and using the X-ray television location were key points for a successful uneventful operation.Washing with H_2O_2 solution provided satisfactory effect on hemostasis.
