摘要
伤筋止痛膏是在总结外用中药的基础上，结合数十年来临床经验筛选出的一种治疗伤筋的外用药。经２００例临床观察，证实有明显消肿止痛作用，且功能恢复快。伤后使用该药１５天时治愈率达９９．５％，而对照组仅达６９％，两组相比Ｐ＜０．０１，表明伤筋止痛膏不仅能促进软组织损伤的修复，而且使用方便，无不良反应。
Basing on summarizing traditional Chinese drugs for external use,combining with several years clinical experience,we prepared Shangji Zhitong Gao(SZG) for froumatic pain created by injured soft tissue or Shangjin,200 cases were treated and observed.The results showed that SZG had a remarkable effects on detumescence and analgesia,made the function of injured tissue convalesce quickly.After 15 days of using SZG,the cure rate in experimental group was 99.5% obviously higher than that in the control group 59% (P<0.01).It indicated that SZG not only premoted renovation of Shangjin but also easy to operate without toxicity and side effects.
