摘要
采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了氰酸酯/环氧树脂/苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(CE/EP/SMA)三元体系的固化反应动力学。通过线性回归分析得到了不同升温速率下,固化反应的凝胶化温度(Ti)、固化温度(Tp)和后处理温度(Tt)。根据Kissinger方法,求得表观活化能为63.71 kJ/mol;根据Flynn-Wall-Oza-wa法,得到反应表观活化能为68.07 kJ/mol;根据Crane方程,得到反应级数为0.89,确定其固化反应动力学方程为-da/dt=K(1-α)0.89。
The curing kinetics of cyanate ester resin/epoxy resin cured by styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA) was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The kinetic parameters of curing reaction were got based on the Kissinger Equation,Crane Equation and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa Equation;The apparent activation energy is 63.71 kJ/mol in the Kissinger Equation and 68.07 kJ/mol in the Ozawa method.The reaction order is 0.89 according to the Crane theory.The gelling temperature of curing reaction(Ti),the peak temperature of exotherm(Tp) and the temperature at the end of curing exotherm(Tt) at different heating rates were also obtained by using linear regression analysis and based on the data of DSC curves.
