摘要
体育报道对体育名人的行为具有强大的舆论监督性,但报道过程中也存在一些侵犯运动员人格权的问题,影响了体育名人的名誉及隐私等权利。对体育报道中,体育报道与体育名人的权利进行分析,并提出了解决权利冲突的对策与建议。
The sports news reports serve as the supervisor of the sports celebrities. There are also problems of infringing on the human rights of the athletes and on the reputation and privacy of the sports celebrities. The paper analyses the power conflict between sports news report and sports celebrity and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
