摘要
长江三峡水利枢纽是治理开发长江的关键性骨干工程。主要开发任务是解决长江中下游,特别是荆江河段的防洪,向华中、华东及川东提供电力,改善宜昌至重庆以及中游的航运条件。三峡工程枢纽总布置研究历时漫长,解决了枢纽设计中的诸多重大问题。本文着重介绍了枢纽布置中对坝址,大坝、电站厂房、通航建筑物,排沙和排漂布置,施工导流、截流和施工通航、泥沙等问题的研究。
The Three Gorges water conservancy project is a key backbone engineering for the development and harnessing of the Changjiang River. The main purposes of this project are flood control of the middle and lower reaches, particularly the Jingjiang reach, electricity generation for central China, east China and Sichuan Province, improvement of navigation in the reach from Yichang to Chongqing and the middle reach. Through long years of study on the general layout, many important technical issues in design of the dam have been solved. This paper presents an introduction to the studies of some major technical problems, such as the selection of dam site, layout of the dam, powerhouses, navigation structures, sand and floater releasing structures, river diversion and cutoff, navigation during construction, and sedimentation.
