摘要
随着机构投资者的超常发展及证券市场上兼并、收购日益频繁,大宗股权的转让需要市场提供安全快捷的通道,大宗交易市场因此成为完善证券交易市场结构及提高交易所竞争力不可缺少的交易市场。基于此,本文深入探讨了大宗交易市场作用、演进、发展现状与特点,并对我国大宗交易市场现状与存在问题进行了剖析。最后,提出我国证券市场进一步发展大宗交易市场的意义与战略定位。
With the extraordinary development of institutional investors and the increasing M ＆ A affairs in the securities market, the large scale equity transfers need a safe and express channel, therefore the block trading market may be the inevitable choice to improve the securities market structure and increase the exchange competitiveness. This paper explored the role, evolution, development status and features of block trading, and then analyzed the current situation and problems in China＇ s block trading market. Finally, we pointed out the significance and strategic positioning of further development in China＇ s block trading market.
