基于红外LED的红外成像光学系统光源设计研究

摘要 在红外成像光学系统中提出一种基于红外LED的远距离照明系统光源设计新方法。利用红外LED的特点,设计出红外LED光源系统结构。在提高光源总的输出功率的几种方法中,采用非成像光学方法设计出一个会聚透镜和抛物面反射镜的共焦结构,减小了光源的发散角。该红外LED光源系统结构工作时照射出一束稳定的窄的高亮度平行红外光,在红外成像光学系统中能实现远距离照明。随着光源小型化和多功能的发展趋势,红外LED光源会在许多场所使用,它具有较好的性能价格比,适宜于我国目前国情,有一定的推广价值。 Remote light source of illuminating system is designed in infrared imaging system based on infrared LED. According to the characteristics of infrared LED the system organization of infrared LED light source is designed. Among several methods which increase total output power of light source, according to non-image optics method we have designed co focal structure between converging lens and parabolic reflector in order to reduce the light-source angle of divergence. The system of infrared LED light source emits one parallel light beam which is steady, narrow and very bright when it works, and the light beam can achieve remote illumination in infrared imaging system. The light source of infrared LED will be used widely with the trend in development of miniaturized and multi-functional light source because it has better cost performance.
