摘要
高校采用量化计算方法评价大学生综合素质的高低,因受主客观因素影响,难以准确评价。采用Z-Score、优劣距离及线性加权等综合评价法,并对各种综合评价法的排序名次求几何平均值,得到大学生综合素质的最终排序。结果表明,多指标综合评价法对大学生综合素质可以实现合理、准确的评价,且计算便捷。
The quantitative evaluation system adopted by colleges to evaluate students' comprehensive quality, due to the subjective and objective effects, can not make an accurate evaluation. This paper suggests adopting the comprehensive evaluation system of Z-Score, best-worst-distance, and simple linear weighted to calculate the geomet- ric mean of the total ranking to get the final ranking of students, which indicates that the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method is more rational, accurate and simple.
