摘要
报告90例经后腹腔镜肾上腺切除患者围手术期观察与护理并提出:认真做好术前患者心理护理,稳定患者情绪,作好术前准备工作;术后密切观察和预防并发症;作好基础护理等措施保证手术的顺利进行并促进患者术后尽快康复,以提高后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺疾病的疗效。
