摘要
首先从理论上分析了砂轮工作面形貌的夫琅浩费衍射图像,然后通过试验分析了其实际功率谱型。试验结果表明,激光功率谱法能检测砂轮工作面形貌的特征参数及磨耗磨粒切刃的分布图形,定量而直观地评价砂轮的磨削性能,实现砂轮工作面形貌的在线检测与控制。
The Fraunhofer diffraction picture of grinding wheel topography is theoretically analyzed, and its real power spectrum pattern is also described with the experimental method. The experimental results show that the characteristic parameter values of grinding wheel topography and the distribution diagram of cutting edge of wear grain can be detected by laser power spectrum and that the grinding performance of wheel surfaces can be quantitatively estimated. So the in_process measurement and control of the topography of high speed grinding wheel may be realized.
