摘要
研究不同温度条件下萝卜种子的发芽特性及抗氧化酶活性的变化。结果表明:不同温度处理对萝卜种子的发芽率、发芽势均未产生显著性影响;而对发芽指数产生了显著性影响,25、28、30℃下的发芽指数较高,种子萌发较快。综合各项指标来看,25℃是萝卜种子的最佳萌发温度。
Change of germination characteristics and anti-oxidant enzyme activity under different temperature was studied in this article.The results showed that different temperature treatment exhibited no significant effect on germination rate,germination power.While significant effect was showed on germination index.Germination index under 25,28,30℃ were higher and seed germinated faster.25℃ was germinated temperature of radish seed from comprehensive index.
