油井水泥水化过程中微晶作用机理分析 被引量:2

摘要 室内进行了掺入微晶的油井水泥和油井水泥原浆的常规对比试验、流变性对比试验、渗透率对比试验、水化热分析及显微结构分析等试验研究,提出了水泥水化过程中微晶作用机理是非均相成核的固相反应,其反应速度由扩散速率决定。微晶水泥具有低成本、高性能的特点。微晶水泥石气体渗透率低于1×10-3μm2,水泥石的抗压强度最高可达70MPa。试验证明微晶基本不影响水泥的性能,只对水泥石的形成和发展起作用。 Conventional comparative test, rheological property comparative test, permeability comparative test, hydration heat analysis and micro-structure analysis on oil well cement with and without micrite was carried out in lab. This paper presented that micrite mechanism was the solid reaction mechanism of heterogeneous nuclear and its reaction rate was determined by diffusion velocity during the hydration of cement. The micritic cement had the characteristics of low cost and high performance. The gas permeability of micritic cement stone was lower than 1 (10-3(m2, its compressive strength of cement can be 70MPa at the most. The test showed that micrite can hardly have effect on the per formance of cement and it can only have action on the formation and development of cement stone.
