摘要
上海近十年的发展,给城市规划带来了机会,也给城市规划提出了很大的挑战。从历史留给上海的规划财富中,上海不断地汲取营养,城市发展和规划学科一样,都在尝试变革,尝试突破原有不适应和不相协调的方式与方法,并通过及时的实施评估,进行理性的判断和发展方向的修正。
Development of Shanghai during the recent decade brings not only opportunities but also big challenges to urban planning. While Shanghai constantly draws nutrition from historical wealth of urban planning, urban development, just as urban planning subject, are making attempts to change, trying to ameliorate its methods and to make rational adjustment through timely assessment for the implementation.
