摘要
文章在阐述我国网络教育的特点和优势的基础上,对阻碍网络教育实施的因素进行了分析,并提出促进网络教育发展和质量提高的若干策略。
This paper introduces the advantages of online education firstly, and then analyzes the causes of preventing implemention of this kind of education. At last, this paper also gives some countermeasures to improve the development of online education.
