摘要
以月季无根试管苗为材料，进行瓶内和瓶外生根试验，研究了试管生根苗和瓶外生根苗的解剖构造差异，并分析了二者解剖特征与其生境的关系。
To induce roots,the shoots by tissue culture were cultured on 1/2 MS +0.5mg/L NAA+15% sucrose+0.6% agar in bottles or transplanted in vermiculite. Results showed that the seedlings in bottles formed short and fine roots with fewer root hairs,and the leaf was thin,yellow and no gloss. The seedlings cultured in stead of bottle produced long and thick roots with more root hairs and the leaf was thick and dark green. However,the percentage of shoots capable of forming roots was higher in bottle than non bottle culture.
