摘要
为了适应中国城市化的快速推进,满足社会对城市规划应用型人才的需求,文章从专业定位和培养方向、人才创新素质教育培养模式,以及完善创新素质教育培养模式的支撑条件等三个方面研究了城市规划应用型人才创新素质教育培养模式,提出了教学内容以城市规划实践为核心,优化课程体系,强化科研和社会实践能力是创新素质教育培养模式的关键,以期为构建城市规划专业应用型人才创新素质教育培养模式决策依据和参考。
Application-oriented talents of urban planning are greatly demanded due to the rapid urbanization in P. R. China. We analyzed the training mode of innovative quality education for teaching them from three aspects, which were specialty and training orientations, training mode of innovative quality education, and support conditions of completing the mode. The key of the training mode were making urban planning practice as a core of the teaching content, optimizing the course system, and strengthening scientific research and social practice. The re- suits can be used as a reference of constructing the training mode.
