摘要
目的：建立化妆品中9种磺胺的测定方法。方法：样品经0.1%甲酸水溶液/乙腈（体积比为75/25）混合液超声提取后进行液相色谱分析。结果及结论：方法的定量检测限为0.58~353 ng,加标回收率为89%~108%,相对标准偏差均小于9%。
Objective：A method for the simultaneous determination of nine sulfonamides（sulfabenzamine,sulfisomidin,sulfanilamide,sulfadiazine,sulfamethazine,sulfameter,sulfisoxazole,sulfadimethoxine,sulfaquinoxaline） in cosmetice has been developed by high performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector（HPLC-PDA）.Methods：The chromatographic column Atlantis dC18（4.6mm×150mm I.D.,5μm） was used with acetonitrile/0.1% formic acid aqueous solution（25/75,v/v） as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Samples were extracted by mobile phase and detected by HPLC-PDA at 268 nm.Results：The limits of quantification were 0.58~353 ng.Average recoveries were 89%~108%.The relative standard deviations were below 9%.Conclusion：This method can be routinely used for the determination of nine sulfonamides in cosmetics.
