摘要
讨论了压铸机、压铸模结构及压铸工艺参数对压铸件品质的影响。指出,液压元器件品质不过关,容易造成压铸机漏油及液压系统的内泄,是影响压铸机性能的关键因素;常用的模具结构(动、定)模框与座板是分体式的,这种结构对于无滑块机构的模具是适用的;但对于抽芯滑块,尤其滑块较大时,动定模模框宜做成整体式结构;模具预热温度应为150~180℃,过高过低均不宜;熔炼温度宜为700~720℃,浇注温度宜为650~680℃;厚壁件铝液温度选择较低一点,增压大一些,快压射行程适当近一点;薄壁件铝液温度选择较高一点,增压小一些,快压射行程适当远一点。
Effects of die casting machine, die casting die structure and processing parameters on quality of die castings were described, and countermeasures were presented. It is pointed out that un-qualified hydraulic unite can affect the performance of die casting machine due to resulting in the oil-leakage of the machine and inside-leakage of hydraulic system. The conventional mould with divided mould frame and clamping plate is feasible for the mechanism with slide free. Howeser for the mechanism with slide, especially larger slide, amould frame should be designed to the whole structure. The acceptable preheating temperature for the die and melting temperature as well as pouring temperature are in range of 150~180℃, 700~720℃, 650~680℃, respectively. The die casting aluminum alloy parts with thick wall should select a lower melting temperature, a higher pressure-increment and a more near fast injection stroke, while thin-walled parts should select a higher melting temperature and a lower pressure-increment and a longer fast injection stroke.
