交通运输综合体系的建设与完善是建设长江经济带的关键.本文从宏观角度,就长江经济带交通建设的总体思路进行了探讨.长江水运开发是长江经济带形成和发展的基础,防洪、发电等设施的建设必须考虑与航运的有机协调.长江流域交通是水、铁、公等多种交通方式的有机结合.长江流域交通是东西交通和南北交通的有机组合.长江流域交通要有统一的规划和管理.
It is the key factor to the Changjiang River economic belt to establish and complete the comprehensive system of transportation. This paper discusses the main thought of the transportation construction in the Changjiang River basin: ㏕he water transport is the base of the Changjiang River economic belt. Construction of the water conservancy project aned hydropower station must be coordinated with the water transport. (2) The Changjiang River basin transportation is the combination of several transport ways such as water transport, rail way and highway etc. (3)The Changjiang River basin transportation is the combination of east-west and south-north transportation (4) It is necessary to unify the planning and management of the Changjiang River basin transportation.
