A New Coding Scheme for Slideway Design of a Vibration Bowl Feeder

摘要 料道设计是圆盘式振动料斗设计的关键。目前,料道设计还没有可靠的理论指导,因此计算机辅助设计的应用受到很大的限制。笔者通过研究分析零件形状和姿态特征对料道设计的影响,应用定向理论、姿势概率理论和已有的零件编码技术成果,对现有的编码系统进行了改进,使其具有更完备的零件信息。此外,根据成组技术相似性原理,将被整理零件的姿态编码与特征编码结合,提出了一种适用于振动料斗料道设计的新的编码方法,使振动料斗料道的设计更加便捷和准确。 Slideway design is the key factor to vibration bowl feeder designing. By analyzing the effect of a part's shape and attitude character on slideway design, and making use of the achievements of oriented theory, attitude probability theory and the existing coding techniques, we improved the existing coding system and developed a new coding scheme for a part's attitude and ameliorated coding scheme for a part's attribute based on the coding system in GT(Group Technology). Finally, by combining the two coding theory, the new coding is formed and it is used in solidway design. The new scheme is proved to be more accurate and more effective.
