灯笼草对致敏小鼠肝损伤的影响

The Protective Effect of Physalis Peruviana L. on Induced Senstitive Liver Injury in Rats

摘要 目的:观察灯笼草对致敏小鼠肝损伤的影响,探讨灯笼草治疗食物过敏更有效的药用部分。方法:制备小鼠过敏模型;为小鼠灌服不同浓度的灯笼草果实、宿萼水提物;检测IgE、ALT水平和肝脏TNF-α、IFN-γ阳性率;对果实和宿萼组的药效进行比较研究。结果:激发组小鼠各项指标均明显升高;高、中浓度灯笼草的果实和宿萼,可明显抑制小鼠过敏反应并缓解肝脏炎症;实验组小鼠各项指标明显低于激发组;宿萼组的作用明显优于果实组。结论:致敏小鼠存在的肝损伤与细胞因子IFN-γ和TNF-α有密切关系;高浓度灯笼草果实及宿萼,对免疫性肝损伤有明显的保护作用,宿萼的作用更加明显;灯笼草治疗小儿食物过敏性肝损伤可能具有一定的疗效。 Objectives: To obeserve the influence of Bhysalis Peruviana L. to treat allergenic mice of liver damage, to explore its more effective part to treat food allergy. Methods: Preparing mice allergy model. Fill the different density of the physalis Peruviana L.' s fruit and calyx aqueous extract.Adopting blood and liver and indirect determination blood serum IgE and ALT level; Histcehemistry dyeing examines the TNF-α、IFN-γmasculine gender rote.The function of Calyx group surpasses to the fruit group.Results: Respective contents obviously elevate of stimulons groups ; The high and middle doseage groups can obviousty inhibit the dermato-allergic reaction of mice and mitigating the inflammation of intestlne.Blood serum IgE and ALT in the model group were higher than in normal control group, the quantity of TNF-α、IFN-γ were higher than in normal group. Calyx group' change is more oboiously. Conclusions: Exogenous sensitive mice has the obvious liver damage, this kind of damnge is the fast hairstyle immune response which maybe lies between by IgE leads, and the cell factor TNF-α、IFN-γ has the close relation.The high dose of fruit and persistent calyx has obviously protective effect to immune liver damage. Persistent calyx has more stronger effect. The physalis Peruviana L. has some possibly curative effect of children food allergy.
