摘要
本文浅谈漂白化学木浆厂引进和消化吸收目前世界上最先进的间歇式置换蒸煮(DDS)技术,把传统间歇蒸煮系统改造为DDS置换蒸煮系统的实践经验,以及生产运行中出现的黑液平衡问题及所采取的有效措施,实现了在无臭气污染的环境下以低汽耗生产高质量纸浆的目标。
This paper introduces the practice and experience of a chemical wood pulp mill in importing and digesting an advanced batch displacement digester system (DDS) technique, rebuilding its traditional batch cooking system to DDS, describes the problem of black liquor balance existed in production and the related effective measures adopted. After technical rebuilding, the targets of low steam consumption, high pulp quality, at the environment of non odour pollution have been realized.
