冠心病患者血清CETP水平及其D442G突变的相关性研究 被引量:1

The Serum CETP Level and the D442G Mutation of Cholesteryl Ester Transfer Protein Gene in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要 目的:研究中国汉族人群血清胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)水平,以及其基因D442G突变与冠心病的相关性,同时分析其与血脂水平的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的分析方法,检测102例冠心病患者和347例对照组的CETP基因D442G突变的基因型,同时采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),检测冠心病患者和对照组血清CETP水平。结果:CETP基因D442G突变与冠心病的危险性无显著相关性;CETP基因D442G突变的DG杂合子具有较高的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平。结论:CETP基因D442G突变对人群血脂水平有一定影响,未见D442G突变与冠心病有相关性,该突变可能不是冠心病的主要危险因素。 Objective To study the relationship between serum levels of CETP or the D442G mutation and the D442G mutation and coronary heart disease(CHD)among Chinese Han. Methods The genotypes of CETP were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) methods in 102 patients with CHD and 347 healthy controls, and the serum level of CETP was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The results showed that neither the frequencies of genotypes nor those of alleles of CETP gene D442G mutation were statistically different between patients and controls( P 〉 0.05). We also found that there were no relationship between CHD and CETP gene D442G mutation. The DG genotype displayed higher HDL-C levels than DD genotype( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The CETP gene D442G mutation might be effect the levels of the lipids and lipoproteins, but were not major genetic factors of CHD in Han nationality from southern China.
