摘要
大体积混凝土的温度收缩裂缝不易控制,针对该特点,通过铁路上一座连续梁桥的桥墩实例进行现场施工管理,分析造成桥梁结构中大体积混凝土裂缝原因,并采取原材料及外掺剂的选用、测温监控、循环水降温等一系列控制措施检查和处理大体积混凝土裂缝,取得较好工程效果。
In view of the characteristic which the temperature contraction cracks of mass concrete is not easy to control, the paper analyzed that what cause the temperature crack in bridge mass concrete by carrying on site construction management to piers of a continuous beam bridge. The paper also uesd a series measures which combination of the choice of raw materials and extra adulterating agent, temperature detection monitoring, circulating water cooling to inspect and handle of the mass concrete cracks, and it achieved good results.
