摘要
实践性教学是成人高等教育提高育人质量的关键性环节,但在实际办学过程中,重理论轻实践已经成为成人教育的普遍状态,严重影响教学质量,制约成人高等教育的发展,本文试图联系自己工作实际,分析成人教育目前存在的问题及原因,提出解决问题的一些建议,以资同行借鉴。
Practical teaching is the core of improving adult higher education, however, it is theatrical teaching that has been always focused. Thus the development of the adult higher education is lagged back. With years of working experiences, the author analyzes the existing problems in adult education, and puts forward solutions.
