摘要
研制的声速体模(SOS体模)为医疗设备定量超声波骨密度仪(称QUS仪)提供了一个可靠实用的专用检定设备。采用了透声率相近的高声速材料和低声速材料厚度的改变以调节总的透过声速的方法,制成不同声速档次的声速材料,并做成四个声速档次的体模。经试验,该四种体模的声速范围在1400~1640 m/s内,接近并覆盖了QUS仪使用的声速范围,完全满足了声速检定的要求。该SOS体模的研制成功,为定量超声波骨密度仪提供了声速指标的一种检定手段,对定量超声波骨密度声速指标横向比较及保证检测的可靠性具有重要意义。
A SOS (speed of sound) phantom has been designed as a special verification device for the medical equipment, QUS (quantitative ultrasonic bone densitometry), which is reliable and practical. Four-stage SOS has been developed with different SOS materials. The SOS of the material was accommodated through changing the thickness of two SOS materials, one is high-grade speed of sound and the other is low-grade. The experimental results showed the SOS of the phantoms is from 1 443-1 666m/s, which covered the SOS window of the QUS. Thus the phantoms provide a verification method for QUS, which made the performance comparison and reliable examination of the QUS possible.
