摘要
分析了次级整流电阻焊焊接电流有效值的测量原理和处理方法,详细介绍了微机检测系统的硬件结构和软件设计,为次级整流电阻焊焊接电流的闭环控制提供了一种可行的方法。
The measuring principle and processing method for welding current in secondary rectified resistance welding are analyzed in this paper. The hardware structure and software design of the measuring device are introduced in detail. The achievement in research offers a feasible method for the closed loop control of welding current during secondary rectified resistance welding.
