摘要
目的观察稳斑方对动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型兔斑块稳定性的影响。方法56只日本大耳白兔随机分成空白组、模型组、他汀组和稳斑方组,每组14只。喂食高脂饲料12周建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型,造模成功后他汀组和稳斑方组分别开始给予相应药物,8周后处死。检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平;取主动脉病理切片,观察斑块面积、脂质核心面积、内膜及中膜厚度、纤维帽厚度。结果稳斑方组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于模型组(P<0.01),而各组HDL-C水平的差异无统计学意义。与模型组比较,稳斑方组主动脉斑块面积、脂质核心面积、内膜厚度、内膜/中膜厚度均减少(P<0.01),而纤维帽厚度、纤维帽厚度/脂质核心面积则升高(P<0.01)。结论稳斑方能降低血脂水平改善斑块内部结构,对稳定AS斑块有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the influence of Wenban Recipe （Recipe for stabilizing the atherosclerotic plaques） on the stability of atheroselerotic plaques of rabbits. Methods The 56 white rabbits were randomized into blank group, model group, aimvastatin group, and Wenban Recipe group, with 14 rabbits in each. The atherosclerosis models were made through feeding high-fat diet for 12 weeks and then medication was given. The rabbits were killed 8 weeks later, and the serum was collected for measuring total cholesterol （TC）, triglyeeride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）; the aortic pathological section was used to observe the areas of plaque and lipid core and the thickness of intima, media and fibrous cap. Results The levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C of Wenban Recipe group were significantly lower than those of the model group （P〈 0. 01）, while the level of HDL-C in all groups was without statistical difference. Compared with the model group, the areas of plaque and lipid core and the thickness of intima, and intima/media of Wenban Recipe group were significantly decreased （P〈0. 01）, but thickness of fibrous cap and fibrous cap thickness/lipid core area were significantly increased （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wenban Recipe can decrease the blood fat in improving the inner structure of atherosclerotic plaques, being effective for stabilizing the plaques.
