摘要
数控雕铣机是数控技术与雕刻、铣削工艺相结合的产品。数控雕铣机包括机械部分、步进电机、驱动电路、软件控制等几个重要的组成部分。本系统采用步进电机驱动滚珠丝杠带动各轴运动,完成"雕"、"切"、"钻"、"铣"工作。其结构简单,生产成本低,精度高,刚性好。能满足教学和市场需求。
The numerical control engraving - milling machine is the combination of engraving and milling technology crafts, which include mechanical parts, step -by -step electric motor, drive circuits and the software controls, etc. The step -by - step electric motors drive the ball screws to complete "engraving", "cutting", "drilling"and "milling". The system has simple structures, low cost of production, high accuracy and good stiffness. It can satisfy teaching and the market demands.
