摘要
目的探讨结核蛋白芯片用于肺外结核辅助诊断的临床应用。方法应用蛋白芯片对146例肺外结核患者及130例健康对照组标本,进行结核菌蛋白16KDa和38KDa以及脂阿拉伯甘露糖(LAM)三种结核特异性抗原得相应抗体检测,同时与ELISA法检测的血清TBAb进行对照。结果结核蛋白芯片阳性率为76.7%,较ELISA法(60.9%)有显著差异(χ2=21.04,P<0.01),三种抗体阳性率以抗LAM最高,占64.3%,依次是抗38KDa抗体53.4%、抗16KDa抗体27.3%。结论结核蛋白芯片用于肺外结核辅助诊断具有较高的灵敏性和特异性,具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To detec extra pulmonary tubercculosis by tuberculosis protein chip. Methods The the antibodies to tubercle bacillus proteins 16KDa, 38KDa and LAM in 146 extra pulmonary tuberculosis samples and 130 health subject samples were detected by tuberculosis protein chip,and the results were compared with ELISA. Results The positive rate of tuberculosis protein chip was 76.7%, much higter than that of ELISA(60.9%),showing signifieannt differences (x2=21.04,P〈0.01). The positive rate of anti-LAM was the highest (64.3%),the next was anti-38KDa (53.4%),and the anti-16KDa (27.3%). Conclusion Tuberculosis protein chip is highly sensitive and specific for diagnosis of extra pulmonary tuberculosis..
