摘要
技术性侦查的本质是一种以物证技术为基础并以证据为中心的侦查方式。技术性侦查的实施需要将科学与技术进行联用的同时在侦查职业团体当中建立相应的理念。技术性侦查要从单纯的技术方法上升为一种理念并最终形成一种制度,有必要对其方法体系进行合理构建。
The essence of technical investigation is a mode of crime investigation based on the physical evidence technology and concentrated on the evidence. The implementation of technical investigation called for the combination and usage of technology and science and needed constructing the relating idea by the professional investigative working groups at the same time. It is necessary to construct the method system rationally so as to promote the technical investigation from a simple method to an idea and finally as a kind of regime of crime investigation.
