摘要
针对现行国家标准不能体现各类用地中不同建筑功能对停车需求的差别且标准单一等问题,对居住、商业、文化、工业等用地进行了分析,以根据各类用地发展变化和其不同建筑功能确定符合城市停车配建标准,从而使我国的静态城市交通形成良好的发展态势。
Against to the existing national standard can not externalize the difference of different building function requirements on parking in various land using and the standard was single,the residential,commercial,cultural and industrial land were analyzed,so as to determine the parking matched building standard adapted to city according to kinds of land use development change and different building function,therefore made Chinese static urban traffic formed better development situation.
