摘要
分析了现行高速公路客货车混合通行产生的问题,即:安全隐患多,易引发交通事故;行车速度受制约,通行效率不高;道路修建的技术要求不同,建设成本增加;不利于交通运输的现代化管理等。提出了高速公路分道行驶的概念,并对分道行驶能有效减少交通事故的发生,最大限度的发挥速度优势,利于节能降耗、减少污染物排放,以及便于现代化管理,有助于保障道路畅通,提高高速公路的综合经济效益等优点进行了讨论。
Lots of problems existed in mixed traffic, such as, unsafety factors, accidents easy to be caused, limited running speed, lower passing efficiency, higher construction cost of highway, inconvenient management, etc., were analyzed in the paper. On the above base, a concept of traffic separating was proposed. If this concept is adopted, all the mentioned problems can be solved. In addition, it can decrease the emission, save energy, fluently guarantee the traffic flow moving, and greatly enhance the comprehensive benefit of the freeway too.
