摘要
运用非参数的HMB指数方法,利用1991～2005年黑龙江省玉米生产的投入产出的面板数据(Panel data),对玉米生产的全要素生产率进行实证分析。结果表明,黑龙江省玉米生产率的增长过程比较明显,呈先升后降的趋势,技术进步和混合效率的增长是促进全要素生产率增长的主要原因,规模效率的变化对玉米生产率的增长起了阻碍作用。
This paper analyzed the productivity of corn by the means of DEA and nonparametric HMB with the data by county and variety in Heilongjiang province. The results showed that the productivity（TFP） of corn in Heilongjiang province grew obviously, the growth of ME（mixed efficiency change） and TC（change of technological progress） were the main factors which caused the growth of TFP, and EC was the disadvantage factor.
